RECIPROCAL PROCUREMENT – LIMITED SUPPLIER ELIGIBILITY This procurement is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. Only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible for this solicitation of bids. REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) will require ongoing repair services to fix damage to wildlife fencing along Highway 93 South and on Highway 1 between Castle Junction and the West border of Yoho National Park. PERIOD OF CONTRACT The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2027 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional one (1) year period from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 inclusive and April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029 inclusive under the same conditions.
