Notice of Proposed Procurement to deliver a cloud-based database warehousing solution for the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Control Operations (CFSACO) within the Department of National Defence.
CFSACO intends to enter into a contract with a contractor to develop a database warehouse solution accessible to non-technical CFSACO staff to consolidate training-related data such as Training Reports (TRs), Unsatisfactory Progress or Conduct Reports (UPCRs), conventional tests, and student surveys into a structured, standardized datasets for analysis and query reports. CFSACO's objective is to benefit from a centralized, scalable database that allows for the ingestion of a variety of materials in order to reveal common patterns across training streams, and to identify areas of improvement and sustainment.
This NPP directly addresses the Software as a Service (SaaS) Supply Arrangement (EN578-191593/ESS). Only current SaaS holders who are rated to store Protected B documents will be considered in bid solicitation. …
