Description of the Requirement
The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) intends to procure technical training services to provide its employees with structured learning opportunities to develop, maintain, and enhance professional skills through digital and instructor-led training solutions.
The objective of this requirement is to acquire a comprehensive training services solution that meets or exceeds FCAC’s functional and quality requirements, in order to support workforce capability development, improve technical proficiency, and ensure access to current and relevant training aligned with organizational needs.
